Returns & Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging. We're unable to accept returns on opened products. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, reach out to us at admin@farmalogical.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on where and how to send your package back to us. Please don't send items back without reaching out first — we won't be able to process returns that arrive without prior approval.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at admin@farmalogical.com and we'll make it right.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take a few business days to process and post the refund on their end.
