Meet The Farmalogical® Team

Founder of Farmalogical®

Olly Lithgow

Hailing from the New Zealand, where organic farming and environmental stewardship were simply a way of life. His mother—an early pioneer of sustainable, regenerative agriculture—inspired him with a worldview rooted in respect for the soil, the animals, and the ecosystems that support us. Those values became the compass that guides him still.

As he grew older, that grounded upbringing blended with a love for adventure. Olly has spent years snowboarding around the world, chasing winter across mountain ranges and cultures. He’s a lifelong soccer fan, and he loves spending time surfing the waves of Southern California, where ocean, movement, and sunlight meet. All of this deepened his appreciation for a strong, resilient body and the kind of nourishment that truly supports an active life.

Those threads naturally pulled him toward medicinal foods, Chinese herbs, and longevity traditions from around the globe. Farmalogical® is where all of that comes together—regenerative agriculture, ancestral nutrition, and global herbal wisdom distilled into everyday nourishment.

Farmalogical® Bone Broth reflects that vision: regenerative New Zealand agriculture, global herbal traditions, and nutrient-dense culinary craft unified into a single nourishing blend.

For Olly, food isn’t just sustenance.

It’s vitality for the body, connection to the earth, and fuel for a life fully—and joyfully—lived.

Science, story, and stamina have always been my thing. I'm the kind of person who loves using food as medicine just as much as diving into Dungeons & Dragons, sci-fi lore, or the latest research rabbit hole.

My passion for nutrition started in my early 20s as a sprinter trying to understand how to make the body perform better — not just through training, but through nourishment. That curiosity led me to a Master of Science in Nutrition from NUNM, and Farmalogical®

felt like a natural home from the moment I found it: a place that genuinely values food as medicine, just like I do.

At the core, my mission is simple: help people find what inspires them to care about their health. Not a cookie-cutter plan, not dogma — but a collaborative process that helps you understand your own body, build your own toolkit, and eventually take the reins yourself. When someone no longer needs me, that's when the quest is complete.

Whether it's nutrition guidance, supplement strategy, or helping someone uncover what lights their internal fire, my goal is always the same: support people in becoming the healthiest, most inspired version of themselves — one quest, one insight, one glimmer of hope at a time
